CLARIFICATION: The exclusives mentioned in this video are *timed* exclusives, meaning they would be exclusive for say the first 6 months. In my opinion this isn't so bad as I originally felt in the video. However, I still feel the same about them restricting the Vive from being used on Oculus Home.
Oculus and it's parent company Facebook are paying game studios to make their games exclusive to the Oculus Home platform. But this exclusive games model is bad for everyone, and is the typical greed we can expect from Facebook. Upcoming games like Killing Floor Incursion and Giant Cop were paid by Oculus to be an Oculus Exclusive. I discuss why what this means for gamers going forward.
