Some interesting benthic animals on the sandy seabed at Kurnell, the Monument, Sydney, Dec 2018.
- Notice the octopus is holding a piece of kelp and using it as a cover.
- 2nd animal: a beautiful red-lined bubble snail (Bullina lineata), moving along surprisingly quickly.
- 3rd animal (the creepy thing in the hole): probably in the genus Diopatra but not sure of the species. The hole was only about 1 cm across.
- 4th animal: not sure what kind of fan worm this is
