Octopath Traveler - Picking a secondary job is a very daunting task, considering how many options you have available. There are a ton of combinations that you as a player are able to experiment with, and there's no "right" or "wrong" answer.
The first thing you may wish to consider when picking a class is figuring out which one emphasizes their innate strengths, their best stats.
Second, you may wish to apply a secondary job that patches up the flaws in a character.
Third, there are a ton of great skills available, so it would be a good idea to pick the ones that synergize best with the base kit.
