Controller 1/3 are not needed for the ACE, the payload fits entirely in filename alone.
This payload needs to run for exactly one frame, using the setup shown. (Everything up to the seed shot is the same as any%, except without needing controller 3 or the savewarp.) Running the payload will load the title screen file, and set the game to "beta quest" mode, which is a mode where loading zones don't lead to their expected locations.
The title screen file's purpose is just to give us nocturne. Playing nocturne in BQ warps you to the end of collapse and conveniently also cancels BQ mode. Then you can just beat Ganon, possibly faster than usual due to the extra items in the title screen file. Note that after loading the title file, ocarina will always be on c-right, regardless of where it was before.
This is the fastest possible way in the game to defeat Ganon RTA. It's also the fastest way to beat the game without requiring an extra controller.
