This is the Iron Boots only route and the hardest of the 3 different routes (and the longest). This route is based on if you have no ZL or quiver. I would not recommend to ever do this route unless by some mistake you had to. I also highly advice you to get Zora Tunic since you are getting Iron Boots. This will make the process much easier.
The hardest part about this is the door clip to open it while being under water. This took me about 8 minutes, so in a good run, this Goal can be completed around the 15-16 min mark.
