A LOTAD is a Low Optimization Tool Assisted Demonstration. It uses the same tools that are used to make TASes (Tool-Assisted Speedruns) but the aim is not complete optimization, instead preferring to show off a cool route or tricks.
This LOTAD made by @benstephens56 aims to complete all the dungeons in Ocarina of Time 3D while pausing the fewest number of times. Pausing in this instance refers to pressing the Start/Select buttons, or opening up the Item/Map/Gear screens.
