Provided in "The Official Obsidian Strategies & Secrets" guide are sections known as "shrink raps".
These are brief passages that "attempt to alter your frame of mind, make you at one with the game, and help set the general ambiance of the realm." The Shrink Rap sections provide an opportunity for you to get the general feel of the realm "before you try to solve its puzzles on your own."

The Bureau Realm contains a majority of the extra things you can experience in the game, due to its use of the inventory, and going to different places before you are supposed to.
They put A LOT of time into the phone puzzle as well, as you can (potentially) call everyone in the Bureau Realm. Im pretty sure Im missing a few, especially since I could not call anyone on the Nexus Face, and I would have loved to call the Rebel.
Hope you enjoyed these extra videos! A lot of creative effort and planning went into this realm of the game, and is very different from the rest of the game.
