Scratch. The best coding website for (mostly) kids. There’s plenty of projects to pick from, like remakes of games, new original games, animations, and the most intriguing part of the Scratch empire: The “Spiffy Pictures” Buttons. For example: Pressing A plays the OG, Pressing B plays the slightly scary version, Pressing C is like the last one but empowers the scariness a bit more, and the buttons goes on until it hits a certain letter, like G to give an example. But there are some that take it to its limits, like the maximum being “M”, but no instances of a Z button. Monologue aside, in 2019: A demo for a new Spiffy Pictures Buttons project is made, with only 4 buttons. But what does it do to stick out? Full-Motion Video. (or FMV for short.) Pressing A plays the GIF of the remake in 480p (if I can guess for bitmap quality) And to put it more interests; B to D also has FMV with them too! But things can’t stay on the site forever, resulting them to be blacklisted. Like typing FNaF into the Scratch search bar to give an example. People (or Scratchers) reported that the D button had some disorienting content inside of it. This is what remains of this demodisc project.
