[Update: I can finally see a difference. but ONLY in the trees on the top right in the background. watch the final 2/3 of this video to see the difference and quickly switch between them. I used to think that there's no difference that can be seen or felt by watching a video of it. Convinced of that I was uploading this video so I see it when I forget that there is no difference. Now I'm not sure that this discussion is correct: superuser.com/questions/489087/what-are-the-differences-between-h-264-profiles
