This is currently RTA world record by 5-6 seconds, which was previously held by 7rayD at 6:53.

At this point timesaves are pretty small throughout, but the stick out is probably a faster 1 cycle on Erich, which can happen if the lasers attack happens immediately and you put out enough damage. Then other than that just playing even cleaner. Runs are gonna start being hard to improve without a new save now.
