i honestly don't even know what to say. i never thought i would actually be here. 65,043 attempts, 108 days, i finally did it. likely the hardest thing i'll ever do in this game forever. 3 years ago, seeing tartarus verified and at the #1 spot for so long, with my hardest as allegiance, never would i have ever imagined even coming close to that, yet here i am beating a level harder.
i initially starting playing this level a little bit after i had beaten cognition. after beating that in less than 25k attempts, i wanted to do a level that would truly push my limits as a player. i chose oblivion as it felt reasonable to do, fun, and fit my skillset perfectly. i spent a good 35k attempts on it getting 55 and 26-100, but ending up dropping it as i had gotten to 49k attempts without any more progress. i came back to it about 2 weeks ago with a sudden boost of motivation, now having beaten shukketsu. i had decided that i wanted to try to finish oblivion once and for all, and here we are. these past 2 weeks, specifically the last 6 days, was the most intense, draining grind of my entire life. every single session i had playing the level was absolutely miserable and i barely got any enjoyment out of playing it at all. but i'm just glad that all of that is behind me and i don't have to think about this level anymore.
about the level itself, it is very solid despite suffering from pretty bad balancing. i would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a level in the top 15 to do.

decent level, absolutely TERRIBLE experience i wanted to set fire to the homes of the innocent while playing this i got so unlucky (26 deaths past the wave). the 33 and 41 double clicks alone are like half the difficulty which is quite annoying but the level itself is actually pretty fun and satisfying.
