please forgive the annoying noise gate on my voice. i forgot to fully disable it before recording 😅

i say "rework" in quotes cause this aint a rework on the scale of Caliban, Inaros, and Valkyr; it changes 2 abilities at most and improves the rest. this series of buffs is more like a Revisit or mini-rework at best, akin to Oberon's buffs in 2017 and Nova and Trinity's buffs earlier this year. regardless, i do like it.
