A great day doing a boat dive off Hawaii Kai in Oahu. Lots of sea life, warm water, great visibility. The boat ride out of the harbor is short to the drop in, the depth is an easy 45' and the visibility is even better. The sea life is quite comfortable with us and fearless, so as you'll see in the video almost ignorant of our presence.
Our hosts for this dive is oahudiving.com and have a good reputation for ensuring a safe and fun diving experience (say hi to Erik). They run off of multiple boats, but have a regular divemaster present at all times.
Even on some windy days, once you drop below the surface the visibility is still good and the surge minimal making for a great dive. Check our 'hitch hiker' on the trip back to the harbour.
