The evaluation landscape for AI-driven drug discovery is scattered across dozens of repositories, consortium websites and frozen challenge pages. The O3DC Benchmark Index consolidates them: what each benchmark measures, who maintains it, where the code lives, whether it is still being updated, which consortium stands behind it, and — critically — what its known weaknesses are. Every entry has its own discussion thread.
O3DC is an open initiative. Anyone working on evaluation in drug discovery is welcome to curate entries, flag errors and take part in the discussion.
