Here's a comparison to what it's like normally... you can see how high it rose, and even getting water pouring in from other places.

Since I'm not drawing the level every game-frame, I've also push the number of Lemmings up to 20.
This normally a couple of meters down from this, and a pretty gentle, slow moving burn - not river, a burn.

This was complicated due to the vertical strip nature of the screen, so as stars move across it, we swap banks. But I've managed to keep it pretty fast for the 64 stars it's doing...

If you watch the sprites, when tiles are being blended but "above" the tiles, they cut shapes from the sprites - IF there is a ULA pixel above it. When the ULA moves out the way, the sprites are no longer affected.
So looks like you only get weird sprite/tile interactions if there is a ULA pixel there.... no... this isn't annoying or a pain to emulate at all.... *sigh*

I've also made a 256x200 surface to draw to, so that the line draws are all the correct pixel size.
This means it's now ideal for using as a basis for a remake or just to have fun with. Source is available to my Patreon "Source Master's" to play with.
