This is NO LONGER the case with #Stillmanandbirn Sketchbooks. Their alpha series sketchbooks and more and more the other series are showing numerous defects on the paper (sometimes up to half of the pages!) and the cover material is now a cheapo shiny material with poorly covered corners that looks worse than the cheapest brands of student sketchbooks. That is precisely what I did during a recent visit to @conservacionosa where I continued to refine my extreme watercolor skills.
