I wanted to have elements of Bungie's Halo games, as well as some elements of 343's Halo games. When Iowa and I spoke about making a main theme for Project Autumn, I wanted to ensure that it contained nods and tributes to each Halo soundtrack that came before it, as a love letter from myself and the rest of the team to the soundtracks we grew up with. I was heavily inspired by Kazuma Jinnouchi's arrangement; as shown by the heavy brass, fuller orchestral sound, and the inclusion of the "117" theme. I sought to combine the arrangement and inclusion of the “117” theme from Jinnouchi’s theme, and the original rendition of Marty and Michael’s masterpiece, to make my ideal version of the Halo theme. Choir is from "Halo Canticles", the first track from the Halo 5 OST (my plugins couldn't do the choir justice lol-believe me, I tried). In honor of Chester and all the souls affected by suicide. If you or someone you know is having suicidal thoughts, please call 1-800-273-8255. You are never alone, there is no shame in asking for help. Just a reminder that you are important, and that you are loved. Personal story: Chester was one of my heroes growing up. I never met him or saw him live. But him and his band inspired me and helped me through some of my darkest moments. Every word Chester screamed seemed to echo my own pain, and through every tortured belt and growl that he sang, my negativity could be released and I was able to fight another day. I was distraught when I found out Chester had taken his own life, especially as someone who struggles with thoughts of suicide. I hope anyone watching this video will be inspired to love a little more and to keep fighting the good fight. Katy Perry vs Flame: A Musical Analysis Nathan Langlois 2019-07-31 | A musical analysis of the Katy Perry/Flame Lawsuit. Did Katy Perry really rip off Flame's song, "Joyful Noise"? Did Flame deserve to win the case? Personally, I like both songs (I had heard of Flame and this song before the lawsuit took place), and I tried to be as objective as possible in this video.
