If you are looking to purchase or build a PC you need to look at NZXT. It has some of the best support and that will be something that you will appreciate for a long time. I decided to build this Gaming PC and as my video talks about I was given support before even buying the components, but most of all getting the support and help along the way as I was assembling the system. I had to contact support a number of times and I have to give many thanks to one person above all the rest and that is Miriam :-) she was the real reason I succeeded. Support is the one thing that should be placed at the top of your list and I can say first hand NZXT was there for me. They also have complete systems should you decide on going that way. But above all else they will be there should you need support.
