To all those out there hearing these stories of NYC's great demise, well they are false. Sure there are some problems, but there are great solutions and when it comes to our streets with the open streets programs that are functioning well and the outdoor dining (10,000+ restaurants!) we are seeing a transformation. NYC will be better in the future if we demand our city keep these programs and shake up our administration to do even more!
