Today I am excited to share my contribution to the Pies of March Collab and giveaway hosted by Leanne of the Mennonite Farmhouse channel and Tony of the Kettle Cooking Channel. My pie is this decadent no bake pie inspired by my favorite sipping cocktail the Nutty Irishman which is a combination of Irish cream and Frangelico as well as heavy cream. This pie is all the things! It is rich, and decadent and it tastes very much like that cocktail without the alcohol! I chose chocolate instant pudding but you could just as easily choose French vanilla if that is where your heart led you! No matter what you choose I hope you give this one a try!
