This allows you to use Jumpslashes on Dark Link which will make the fight more consistent. It loses about 4-5 seconds to the horizontal slash method.
Try to throw the nuts on the right side of Dark Link. If you throw them from too close or the close in the middle he won't get stunned. In this video I demonstrated how you can easily nut him.
Sidehop to the right when he backflips throw nut to your left side and turn + jumpslash
Note that crouch stab do not work in him, you must do an actual jumpslash.
