Replaces PTS Neji. At some point I will create texture mods for the HUD and character select. I wanted to give him a pet/companion like my Storm 3 Ramen God, but due to load limit, I decided not to. Perhaps I'll make another Ramen God built on a different character, with a pet and summons, etc
A pretty load heavy character, but not as bad as my EMS sasuke. He should work with most of my mods, but I would recommend singles.
