I've created a little tool that will auto-adjust all file sizes and PL_ANM count numbers for all sections of a prm file! I hope this tool is useful to my fellow modders. You can make all the edits you want to all sections of your prm file, then just run it through this little program, and it will output the file with all the file sizes already adjusted! Also, if you mess up editing your file size and your prm is now causing the game to crash, this thing will fix it!

Make sure you have java installed on your computer or it won't run!

I've tried to account in the code of this program for any unique things that might appear in different character's prm files, but there could be some more things I'm not aware of.
Currently this program does not work for:
Puppet characters
Kiba
PTS Kiba
War Tobi

I think it will work for all other characters but if you find another let me know and I'll try to patch it!
