Nu-Metal was the ultimate genre-bender. It mashed Hip Hop, Goth, Thrash, and Skater culture into a singular, marketable "Alternative" aesthetic. From Adidas tracksuits to wallet chains and industrial makeup Nu-Metal didn't have one look, but it became the blueprint for the homogenized "Alt" aesthetic we see today.
