This toy phone came out in 2001 (at least that's the copyright date on the box). The original price tag is still on my box. Apparently this thing costed $39.99 which is....interesting. Almost as much as a triple A title.
To be honest I have no idea when and where I got this thing....

Released in 2006 by Jarhead Games, Outlaw Chopper is a really bad GTA/Driver knock-off. I got it sealed for 6 bucks....still think I paid too much....
