The one that I threw away...
Managed to pass a bunch of cars in the first laps of the race but made a few errors while leading with margin... Biggest error was a missed 4th gear a few laps in a row and a particularly large one followed by a huge over rev wrong slotting 2nd... Thankful we didn't lunch the engine immediately with that error. Lost the lead to Matthew Holt with two to go but the benefit to my mistake was that it setup one of the closest finishes I think the series and Sydney Motorsport Park has ever seen. Holt got a much better exit last corner last lap and pipped me at the line in a photo finish with margin of victory 0.0037. I knew at the finish that i'd lost it, you can see me hit the steering wheel as we cross the line... However, what an awesome race! So much fun. Proud and gutted at the same time, but the main thing is both drivers had a huge smile on our faces and that's what its all about.
