Experimenting with .dae files exported with SM64DSe, converting them to .gltf using a tool named "Noesis" (.fbx should work too, but .gltf is easier for me, also Blender can't handle .dae properly), importing it to Blender and editing it with the NNS plugin, and exporting to .imd and .ica...
Here I've ported the bakubaku (big cheep-cheeps that chase you) model with animations from SM64DS
