Evangel is a Raven from ACNX and ACLR who serves as the commander of the Alliance tactical unit. He is a former Raven of Raven Ark and has a connection to Jack-O. He considers himself to be a "Dominant". While highly skilled, he has a strong desire to show off.
Like in NX, he's AC is the Oracle, a medium-weight bipedal AC with a focus on balance. The parts and coloring have been changed while retaining the features such as the QUEEN head, linear weapons, and laser blade. Shoulder weapons change to grenade launcher only in the last mission.
Oracle mean Divine Will.
Depending on the branching of the route, you will be treated differently as the player's rival, the final boss, or a dog who dies in battle in the middle. Also, in one route, he is so obsessed with power that he fused with the Pulverizer and goes berserk.
In the Alliance route, he secretly investigated and destroyed Vertex as a spy.
Among the three main characters who appear in the final mission, he is also the only one who has a route where he dies during the process.
