Nova Scotia is not just an Ocean Playground, in fact, there are endless interior adventures waiting to happen just outside the city limits. Follow Noah as he explores the backcountry lakes and rivers that this beautiful province has to offer.

Episode 1: The theme for this trip was whitewater, lots of whitewater. Noah joins up with Dave Greene and Lesley as they run a 25 km section that drops 80 m in elevation.
