Came up on the random police activity and noticed what appeared to be is a detainee in need of medical attention. After he was released from the ambulance, he shared with that he was arrested, I mean kidnapped. During this arrest he was physically roughed up and visibly injured. I am happy for him that he got to go home and not spend the night in jail. He was arrested and charged according to him for alleged assault. This took place next to Portland, OR PD on 09/12/2024. Officer "Koback" is what I was able to read from the video.
