Five years after the events of Inazuma Eleven Go, football is still as popular as ever. However, the next generation thinks that playing full 90-minute matches is a bit too long, and uncertainty about whether a game will be entertaining makes them unsure if they should even watch at all.
To solve this, the World Football Association created a new branch: the G3 League, a high-octane 5 vs 5 league where matches end once a team scores 3 goals. In just 3 years, the league established itself, and if it continued like this, it could one day rival classic football leagues—but in Japan, it didn’t pick up that fast.
To change that, a group of people came together with an idea that would grab the attention from every Japanese person, no, from every person across the world.
Project: Inazuma Lock.
Inazuma Lock is a TTRPG campaign set 18 years after Inazuma Eleven and 8 years after Inazuma Eleven Go. Live sessions happen every Saturday at 6 PM CEST in German, with summary videos released at 8 PM CEST the following Wednesday in English.
