Reworked Bitterdream will PROBABLY find some use, the point of this video was to explore how many of Reddit's ideas for this rework were viable. Even I was surprised to find out that mathematically, this item just isn't very good.
I'm still disappointed with the manifesto, but if even half of these reworks are Cloak of Flame tier, we'll have enough new toys next patch to have fun and forget about the fact that Seismic Trap is OP for the 69th league in a row.
