This fish is stuck. Right on the tip of this anhinga’s beak. Anhingas don’t grab fish like herons do, they spear them. Which works great, right up until the fish won’t come off. This bird has to flick the fish free and swallow it headfirst, or she doesn’t eat. Watch until the end to see how she finally gets it done. All real, no AI, filmed in the wild in Florida.
