Today we head to Northern Norway for a scenic mountain adventure aboard the Just Flight PA-28 Turbo Arrow, exploring dramatic fjords, rugged terrain, remote airfields, and breathtaking coastal scenery across a 210 nautical mile journey.
Departing from Brønnøysund and winding our way north toward Bodø, this route combines mountain flying, short regional strips, and stunning Arctic landscapes. Along the way we’ll operate into a series of challenging airports surrounded by steep terrain, lakes, and rapidly changing weather conditions.
The Turbo Arrow is perfectly suited to this style of flying — balancing classic analog navigation and hands-on flying with the performance needed to handle Norway’s unforgiving terrain.
This is pure VFR exploration and old-school touring at its finest.
