September is perhaps the best time to go to the Arctic Circle and see Northern Lights. The Russell-McPherron effect is in place. Nights begin to darken. Fall Color and still somewhat warm nights. Real-time Aurora Borealis in 4k. Sony a7sIII realtime and timelapse video.

Shots were taken from August 27, 2021 to September 3, 2021. Moon Phase was Waning Crescent. Most nights provided about 4 hours of total darkness with some moonlight sneaking in.
