All that remains of the old North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary are a few proud survivors — the elegant headquarters building, , and some of the mature trees that lined its grounds. The rest of the vast hospital site has been cleared, making way for new homes and green spaces. These last fragments stand as a quiet reminder of a hospital that served Stoke-on-Trent for over a century.
