I got the North Pole (almost) completed.
EDIT: The links to the kit and PVC plank are now broken. I don't know of anyone supplying kits anymore, but I do know of a vendor that has all the parts and perhaps they would put something together for you. I've bought P5 panels from Ken (great guy): wiredwatts.com/panels. As for the enclosure material, just search for PVC plank at your local home improvement warehouse.
