Welcome to another Tommy Emmanuel guitar lesson on this channel as well unravel the secrets of Tommys mesmerizing rendition of Imagine by John Lennon. Tune your guitar to drop D, just like Tommy, and if possible, arm yourself with a thumbpick to capture that signature Emmanuel magic
This arrangement of Imagine is mostly intermediate-friendly, however, those tricky bewitching cascading harmonics at the end might give you some grief. Dont be discouraged though; Tommy has performed Imagine without these harmonics as well, so if you find them too hard to play you have options – simply skip them or die trying to play them ;-) If you like these kinds of videos dont forget to hit that subscribe button and give the video a like.
