On Saturday, October 5, 2019, Norfolk & Western 475 and Norfolk & Western 611 teamed up at Strasburg Railroad to put on a great show for photographers. This was a special photo charter hosted by Lerro Productions with the only operating Norfolk & Western steam engines in the world. Join us on this beautiful, cloudless fall day as we capture some breathtaking shots with the gorgeous weather we were blessed to have. A big thanks goes out to everyone who made this possible, specifically Lerro Productions, The Strasburg Railroad, and The Virginia Museum of Transportation. Without the efforts of these organizations, this event would have never happened.
Norfolk & Western 475 pulled a short mixed train while Norfolk & Western 611 pulled a freight train. Both engines were in a prototypical 1950s era look and put on a great show. Thank you all for watching this video, and I hope you enjoy!
