Today's video is of a Norfolk Southern empty coal train heading to Keating PA for RJ Corman to pick it up and load it. Coal trains on the Buffalo line head to Baltimore MD for export to other countries. I don't understand why the coal doesn't stay here in the USA or Canada.

The location is Wayne Twp, PA just outside McElhatten PA.
