I am a 9-9.5 in Paul Green shoes. Some of the sandals run large, but the 9.5 is perfect for all loafers. For reference, I am a 10-10.5 in Manolos.
To clarify, I do not know if Paul Green explicitly claims to make shoes suitable for people with specific issues. I have read many reviews saying these shoes worked well despite issues or past injuries.

Those sneaky people did raise the price on my brown loafers. I assume this happened as sizes were snatched up, but they are still 43% off the original price.
