Nonlocal Anomalies in Physics and in Psi Point to a Cosmic Hyperdimension of Consciousness-Energy

Introduction: Anomalies often signal a yet unknown facet of reality, but rarely do they stem independently from physics and consciousness studies while pointing to the same solution. Synchronicities (including psi) and the collective unconscious led Jung and Pauli to postulate a reality deeper than Quantum Mechanics (in Pauli’s dream) blending psyche and matter/energy—acausal, trans-spatial, trans-temporal, meaning-laden, where dwells the Self (in Jung’s terms), i.e., nonlocal and beyond-spacetime/matter.
Presentation: Nonlocality in physics is evidenced in the entanglement, the sub-Planckian region (and astounding Planck-scale energy), the non-matter “dark energy,” and the tachyonic speed of the inflation phase. Similarly, many research data show that psi mental processes are nonlocal, contradicting EM/spacetime laws, thus demonstrating consciousness/mind to be both beyond–spacetime and beyond–brain-locality. Taken together, these anomalies point to a hyperdimension of cosmic consciousness, filled with an enormous non-matter energy instantiating hyperspeed.
The Infinite Spiral Staircase Theory (ISST, Hardy 2015) posits a triune hyperdimension (HD), with hyperspace (Center-HD), consciousness (semantic or Syg-HD), and hypertime (Rhythm-HD)—opening at, and operating below Planck scale—both at the origin and in any particle/system. The CSR-HD is thus both compact and coiled (in all particles/systems) and a bulk surrounding and pervading the matter-universe (Randall-Sundrum model-2). Thus, all bio/matter-systems, at all scales, have a superposed HD syg-field (complex dynamical networks + whole system’s information), self-organized by syg-energy (tachyonic hyperfrequency sygons) via spontaneous network-links triggered by semantic proximity/similarity.
ISST is thus a pantheist framework, one positing a creative, interactive proto-consciousness in all systems, and a self-referent, self-conscious HD-subject in intelligent beings—the Self (Jung’s supraconscious subject of the personal unconscious). Syg-energy sets the spontaneous and meaningful interconnection with other syg-fields, whether mind-mind (telepathy), mind-system (remote-viewing), or mind-future event (precognition). Furthermore, any syg-energy interconnection implies an inter-influence, with one syg-field possibly imposing a reorganization of the other one (modulated by parameters, e.g., syg-proximity, intensity), as in bio-PK and DMILs conclusive experiments.
Implications: But ISST also portends maverick hypotheses, like:
IF any particle/system has a HD-syg-field (and given the wave-particle duality), THEN the wave component of quantum processes instantiates hyperdimensional dynamics (whereas the post-collapse particle-system is embedded in spacetime), thus grounding weird quantum behaviors, such as retrocausality, superposition, nonlocal entanglement… Accordingly, in Schrödinger’s wavefunction, the superposition would reveal the HD sygon-waves that, beyond reflecting environmental constraints, could alternatively be sent forth by a mind/intention. This, in turn sheds a new light on David Bohm’s Pilot Waves—proposed as guiding the wavefunction via the Quantum Potential (Q), precisely a nonlocal term. In ISST’s framework, Q would be, by itself, an interfering HD Pilot-Wave, steered by cosmic syg-energy and/or individual minds/Selfs generating it, thus allowing for a mind/intention to influence and reorganize the (observed) system (provided syg-parameters), as evidenced in the observer/experimenter effect and in bio-PK.
As for the entanglement, IF we consider the paired particles with opposite spins (which are issued from a unique source) as sharing a single syg-field from birth, THEN, their interlocking via the HD and syg-energy is impervious to their spatial distance and actual spacetime coordinates.
