I'm the guy that watches walk throughs on YouTube because I'm busy with my life to play games, and even I think a lot of these non-gamer excuses are absolutely ridiculous.

Are you so impoverished in your life that you literally do not have a PC to play Undertale? Undertale of all games. If you can run Steam, you can run Undertale.
// Not having Wi-Fi to purchase or pirate game.
Not having Wi-Fi? There are free public Wi-Fis that you can get at your nearby cafés or restaurants. Literally just go outside. What kind of excuse is this? How are you even making these tweets if you don't have any internet?
// Not having infinite access to a computer to pirate game.
Infinite access? You mean not having enough time to access, which is more reasonable because that's also my problem. When I'm in front of the computer, I work. I don't have time to game unless there's something interesting that makes me want to take a time off, but there isn't any, so far, and that's a way bigger issue if you ask me.
// Not having parental permission to purchase game.

// Not having spare dirt to buy game.
Either you really are that poor or you have the money, but you just don't want to spend it.
