According to authorities, Sebastian Rogers (15) left his home between midnight and 6am on February 26th and has not been seen since. Cops say every theory is still on the table, and they have also said that dogs did not get a track of Sebastian. This is disputed by Sebastian's step-dad, Chris, who says that several dogs tracked him to the construction site before losing it, and by an investigator previously working for Seth Rogers.
