Yes I know I used the same soundtrack but I think they both fit.
Although it is a main given that the war between the Friends and the High Council mainly take place in the worlds of Disney, other companies also have a similar war going on themselves. Although the High Council and the Friends may be centered in the worlds of Disney, there are others who rank among its heroes.
The Exoverse (also simply called the "non-Disney multiverse" to many) is an artificial web of countless multiverses and universes from throughout the Omniverse. Crafted by the Devils themselves, the Exoverse consists of a central hub which serves as the headquarters for The Dark Forces, a group of Friends from throughout the connected worlds.
The Dark Forces: They originated in the Don Bluth multiverse, but upon the construction of the Exoverse, swelled to include many beyond them. They are lead by the brothers of Chernabog, The Demon King, The Emperor of the Night and The Nightmare King. Aku is second in command and Vaatu is 3rd in command.
The Blackest Ring (The Non-Disney Inner Circle):
The Black Ring is a super-multiversal group of vile forces that are akin to The Inner Circle of the Disney Multiverse.

The Power of the Stars: In a desperate response to The Dark Forces, the High Council had to construct a force for good to oppose The Dark Forces, a station kept safe from them, but still able to easily help those in need. They are called "The Power of the Stars", taken from the SEGA Multiverse. The Power of the Stars is lead by King Morpheus, Zeus's uncle chosen by God of the DreamWorks multiverse.

Bluto (Popeye's arch enemy) is currently the boss of his own gang of interdimensional thieves and thugs who share his goal of getting even with their rivals and doing the dirty work for the Dark Forces.
There also exist other, similar groups of evil that are unaffiliated with, and may even oppose the Friends, throughout the Omniverse, and have occasionally waged war against the friends. I am working on them but some of the forces you might recognized.
