Hi everyone! We realized it's been almost a year since our last MEP, so we decided to host this while other projects are getting finished!
Rules:
We are trying to host a epic tribute to cinematography in animated films.
There are two volumes, one 2d and one 3d/CGI. Both volumes are canon.
Video, not stills! Just to clarify!
This MEP is NOT first come, first serve. I pick my editors.
Non/Disney Only! If you have any questions about what movie is allowed, please ask!
Try to pick a movie with really cool, epic scenes. For example, NOT Thumbelina or Snow White. And sequels are fine, but only one film franchise for the whole MEP. For instance, if someone picks KFP 1, please don't ask for KFP2 or 3.
Do NOT cut your own audio. I will send them out as the MEP fills up!
No watermarks, or coloring. Text and overlays are allowed but keep them tasteful and simple.
Voiceovers are allowed, but use good judgement with them. They don't need to match the song, but are they somehow relevant to the theme or beauty of your film? If they have too much background noise or music, would it distract from the overall MEP?
The song is very upbeat! Try to use that! Your part doesn't have to be candy/FX style, but try to work with the beats! You in no way need to incorporate the lyrics of you part into your video. Just the music.
Please export in 16:9, 1080p!
Add about a second at the beginning and end of your part for smooth transitions!
I will set a deadline as soon as the MEP fills, and let you know. When you are finished, please comment or send me a private message with a download link to your part!
If you want to be in both volumes, please sign up for one initially, and if there's space once you're finished with that one, you can join the other.

Hi guys! Aariel! [Spoilers below!] Its been a while since I uploaded an AMV! Ive been editing other things, but as soon as I saw the Dragon Prince Season 3 I had to make an AMV! I realized I never made a TDP AMV before, sans an MEP part, but I got really inspired to make a solely season 3 tribute since it was such an awesome season!!! I was partially inspired by 16%darker’s Allurance AMV with the same song here:

Anyway! Love Aaravos, especially that scene where he takes over Lux Aurea, I love Claudia and really hope she gets redeemed, I absolutely Adore Sorens character development, love Ezran, miss Runaan! The only thing I wasnt a huge fan of was Rayllum, so if you saw Season 3 you probably know that I found it a bit excessive. Way too much kissing, but no matter! I love all of it! I wanted to include every character and make it from everyones perspective! Hope you like it!

Hi guys!! So I apologize to anyone who follows me on Tumblr. For the last few days Ive been reblogging nothing but Tangled: The Series content! The show just ended with a really great bang and I really want to edit a full AMV with it one of these days! Luckily, xCartoonCarro opened an MEP dedicated to the series and I had to take part!!
I tried to focus more so on Cassandra and Varian, since they had similar arcs of redemption and feeling like nobody would ever forgive them, which kind of fit the part of the song in my opinion. But I noticed pretty much all the parts were using Cassandra and a lot of repeated scenes from the final episode, so I wanted to use the last part of the MEP Part with clips from more important characters growing and overcoming challenges in episodes close to the end, Catalina, Lance, fake Eugene, etc.
Anyway! I hope you like it!! And I hope if you saw the finale, you liked it too! I was really hoping for some more lines from Hector and Adira this season, and maybe an explanation about the black rocks. There was a lot of not-closure in my opinion, but I still like how it ended!!
