New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherril announced that 6,600 non-citizens are on their voter rolls. Every time a non-citizen votes, it dillutes the vote of American citizens. Texas should move to implement stronger safeguards to ensure that only citizens can vote in state and local elections by creating a federal-only voter list.
