It's re uploaded because I think it be better now that I have the speaker.
Even though House of Mouse is one of those TV show I REALLY dislike because of the cheesiness, but I keep thinking what if there is a Non-Disney version of that? like House of Cats is rune by Felix the Cat. Why Felix? because Felix is a character made in 1919 and was responsible for the inspiration of cartoons, that's why. So in this part, the villains are led by Rasputin with the help from Professor Screw-Eyes, Messina, Rothbart, and The Duke of Vaults, to take over the House of Cats and make it into the House of Villains. Similar to how Jafar did in Mickey's House of Villains, just thought it be interesting.
