UPDATE: I am starting to think the Original Poster of this video, an Italian, has faked the entire video. The timestamp is missing and he has just uploaded a very similar orb shooting off at the Coliseum in Rome. He had the BBC logo on his post which added to the authenticity of his video. Nowhere on the BBC could I find this. In future I will just be uploading my own finds. Apologies. SC1.
