I bought this 9 PC Noid lights test kit. It works on Ford, GM, and Geo car models. My car is a Ford Crown Victoria. There are fuel injectors on your car and they need to be spraying fuel into the cylinders. Every now and then, one or more fuel injectors won't spray because they are not either getting power or pulse signal from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module). When this happens you'll get a misfire condition and rough idle. This video is to show you how I use a Noid light test kit to troubleshoot fuel injector problems. A flashing light indicates normal pulses. No light or constant light indicates a problem.

- If the Noid light flashes on and off then this indicates the fuel injector is getting power and that the fuel injection computer is providing a fuel injector pulse signal to activate it. Also, this test result eliminates the electrical end of the fuel injector circuit as the cause of the problem or misfire.
- If the Noid light did not flash on and off, this result indicates the the fuel injector is either not getting power or that the fuel injection computer is not providing a fuel injector pulse signal to activate it.
